What our customers say

Rated 5.0 on Google

Hired 2 door Jimny (N04) with rooftop tent + equipment for a two week South Island adventure in 2025. Fantastic little car and no dramas getting around and so easy to park! Did the full loop from CHCH to Lake Pukaki, Dunedin, Milford Sounds, Wanaka, Nelson, Kaikoura, and then back to CHCH. Tent, equipment, and Jimny all functional and clean. Adam and Grace were wonderful to interact with.
Overall booking was easy and pick up was smooth. Grace and Adam are responsive and helpful. Having a Suzuki Jimny for my trip made the trip even more memorable and honestly loved it. Super fun to drive, felt solid and safe on the winter roads, and the 4WD gave us a lot of confidence. Couldn't find a better transport to explore New Zealand than a Jimny.
The Jimny is a great little 4x4. I hired the four door Jimny for a kayaking trip for two weeks and it was a great shuttle vehicle. I could load four or five kayaks on the roof rack for the put in. A great choice!!
We had the most fantastic experience with Jimny Rentals. Grace and Adam contacted us before picking up our Jimny with highly detailed information and kept us updated throughout and after the rental. Our Jimny was in perfect condition and was the best way to explore Queenstown and to go on roadtrips with. We would highly recommend renting a Jimny from Grace and Adam for your NZ trip!
Love the short wheel base Jimny! So much more fun than the rest of the standard hires. Loved zipping through the fords while the other struggled and our lugged fitted perfectly.

Easy company to deal with and loved supporting an owner manged business - you just know they care more!
We had a great time with the Jimny a real easy fun car to drive and cheap as chips to run will be hiring again to do the Rainbow thanks guys your customer service is the best
