About time there was a South Island Zuk Meet!! 14th-19th of February!
Camping can be done at one of the big campgrounds in or near Christchurch for Friday (14th), Saturday (15th) and Sunday (16th) nights.
Saturday (15th) will be an easy day trip around the port hills, perfect for all Zuks.
Sunday (16th) will be a riverbed trip on the Waipara River, which is a nice solid river with some fun crossings.
Monday (17th), Tuesday (18th) and Wednesday (19th) is for the brave.
Those who are travelling from further afield. People with Zuks that are ready for real offroading. We’ll head high into the mountains. We'll go up the Avoca River, which is my favourite of them all. A great hut is halfway up the river (Basins Hut), so we’ll stay there Monday and Tuesday nights. On Tuesday, we’ll drive way up to the top of the valley, which is an epic adventure on its own.
